This year, why not be a rebel and choose not to ditch your resolution? Instead, keep pivoting and changing your strategy until you figure out exactly what works for you.

This episode is all about learning to take your goals beyond the New Year energy that gets us to set resolutions, into the less exciting but much more effective energy of small changes over time as part of an overall strategy to get to where you want to go.
