We hear it all the time.

Even though most people will spend years of their lives losing and regaining weight, there is still a lot of mystery around why weight loss is so unsustainable for most.

I am going to break down the reasons why I see so many people struggle to lose and keep the weight off, and why I was one of those people for decades. You'll learn what I am doing differently now, and how you can decide if intentional weight loss is for you.
